Associate work closely with PIP and client team members to collect/analyse data and provide insights. They assist with the delivery of measurable improvements and in implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially by supporting prioritisation and problem-solving. At times they may be given the opportunity to take on front line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden their management experience.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated passion for results
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, with good results
- At least 2 years’ experience in consulting or commercial roles
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with peers
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure, and to use visual tools without assistance to assist in communicating insights
Manager coach senior clients in the delivery of measurable improvements by implementing the processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements. They work with senior clients to develop business improvement capabilities to ensure improvements continue long after the team has disengaged. AEMs play a leadership role in problem-solving efforts, ensure prioritisation of initiatives and embed ‘wiring’ into the organisation.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated passion for results
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a top-tier university, with good results
- 3+ years post-MBA consulting experience, or 8+ years in operations, with exposure to performance improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritise effort within an area, and ask the right questions to get to root causes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers, and achieve results though managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by the right facts
Associate Principal coordinate and coach the entire team on the day-to-day business improvement effort.
APs are responsible for leading the team’s problem solving efforts, driving implementation, engaging and coaching the site senior executive, ensuring results are delivered, and the wiring required to deliver, sustain and drive improvement results is in place.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a top-tier university, with good results
- 4+ years post-MBA consulting experience, preferably at a top-tier consultancy
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritise efforts across areas, and ask the right questions to get to root causes in very complex situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with C-level executives, and achieve results though managing several small teams
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by the right facts, across multiple streams of work
