INTERVIEW PREPARATION

Our interview process consists of 3 case studies on the phone. Even if you have already done case studies before, it is really worth refreshing & researching Value Driver Trees & Root Cause Analysis. Also, always have an Excel spreadsheet / calculator open in order to perform calculations.

The interviews will typically go for over an hour, given by our Senior Consultants. During that interview they’ll give you a business problem they’re working on or are familiar with and ask you to solve it live. The purpose is to test logic skills, people’s ability to think on their feet, to be creative, articulate, and drive to fact-based answers. You can take notes, ask questions and so on. If you do an internet search you’ll see quite a bit of advice on how to do case study interviews and we recommend you download our helpful hints on how to approach a case study.
